TY-PSL type for quantitative pump systems and TY-PSV type for variable pump systems for stepless adjustment of the speed of the hydraulic actuator independent of load (valve front compensation). Multiple execution elements can work simultaneously and independently of each other. This type of valve is mainly used in walking hydraulic machinery (e.g. lifting control systems). By selecting the different maximum flow rates of the actuator A and B ports, as well as choosing to use various additional functions (e.g., secondary pressure limiting, function closing, in the base block, in the intermediate plate and in the additional block), ensure the optimal matching of the individual control tasks. ​

TY-HCD series multiport valve is a disc structure multi-way valve, each reversing link can be freely combined. This type of valve has a variety of different control methods such as manual, electronic control, hydraulic control, gas control, electro-hydraulic and electrical control. Auxiliary valves are available for the working disc, and a variety of interchangeable spool options are available.

Through the pressure control device and the external throttle valve, changing the throttle valve opening can realize the stepless adjustment of the output flow of the plunger pump. The response speed is achieved by adjusting the standby pressure of the load sensitive valve.

1. The stroke limit valve controls the flow from Vg min to Vg max as the control current increases, and the pump is adjusted to the maximum displacement; 2. The pressure relief valve is a sequence valve. When the load pressure reaches the opening pressure of the pressure relief valve, the valve port opens. the pressure oil enters the variable piston at the bottom, pushing the inclined plate, and the displacement is reduced to maintain the leakage and keep the pressure constant; 3. The constant power valve controls the output power of the hydraulic pump at a constant level within the set range, and the working pressure and flow strictly follow the hyperbolic curve change, ensuring efficient matching between the prime mover and the hydraulic system.

Change the throttle opening by pressure control and external throttle. The output flow of plunger pump can be adjusted without poles. It is independent of the load size. The response speed is achieved by adjusting the standby pressure of the load sensitive valve.

Load sensitive valve is a flow control valve, it adjusts the displacement of the pump according to the load pressure, so that it can adapt to the needs of the actuator. The flow rate of the pump is affected by an external throttle installed between the pump and the actuator, but is not affected by the load pressure throughout the range below the set pressure. The constant power valve starts at the control starting point of the set range, the output power of the hydraulic pump is constant, and the working pressure and flow rate strictly follow the hyperbolic changes to ensure a good and efficient prime mover power matching.
